hi,

CISCO7937 conference station is not able to fetch the details from global directory. Where all other model 7941, 7942,7960 ip phone are able to use global directory. its that a bug?

Call manager version : 8.6.2.20000-2

CISCO7937 conference station version : apps37sccp.1-4-4-0

logs from the conference station atatched.

What does the 7937 show when you select the Corporate Directory ?

the Corporate Directory options is not availiable in the directory list of cisco 7937 ip phones.

but in other models, the Corporate Directory is working fine.
