Hi,
CUCM 8.5, Click to Call 8.0.254, Outlook 2010
We have click to call working when dialing from the system tray icon but from Outlook 2010 it still complains about the fact that it needs international access codes.
We have CUCM setup for + dialing (with translation patterns)
We have CUCM configured with Application Dial Rules that translate non-e164 numbers to dialable numbers (outside line prefix, etc). We also added a few rules matching + in the application dial rules just to leave them as-is.
We have the International and outside line access codes configured with 'blank' values.
What is making our Outlook client request us to configure international access codes and have us dial numbers from the system tray icon without any issue?
Regards,
Erik

Hi Erik,
Pls make sure we disabled 'The dialing Rules tab' in registry of your client PC:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Cisco\Unified Communications\Dial Rules\DialingCodeConfigurable
0 = The Dialing Rules tab is disabled.
1 = The Dialing Rules tab is enabled.
