Hi,
I'm using CUCM 8.5.
I'm testing click to call feature. I did the necessary configuration in call manager and installed click to call application in client desktops and configured.
NOw the problem is,
In call manager LINE 1 is VOIP and LINE 2 is PSTN. when i call PSTN numbers using click to call always it selects LINE 1 and call is droped as LINE 1 is for VOIP.
I need solution for this and is there any good documentation from cisco.
