Hi Experts:
We use CMC codes for tracking long distance calls. All long distance route patterns are configured to prompt for the code. However, when somebody tries to setup "call forward all", in their phones, it does not take the numbers with prefix 1.
So, is there anyway that we are prompted to enter the code when we setup the call forwarding all option in the phone? It works great if I enter local numbers though. I am using UCM 8.6

No, you need RPs without CMC for CF.
Create a separate set of RPs for that and then adjust the CF CSS policy and CSS's as required
