Client matter code Timer before User dial the CMC codes

Hello guys..

We are trying to use the CMC here. But the users are complaing about the time to insert the CMC code.... is too short.

We know about T302 After the CMC code is inserted... and The users can use #... that ´s not the issue....neither the complaints

But we still have the complaints about before the code was inserted... too short...

Somebody knows some Parameter where we can increase that TIMER ???

Hi.

The time available for users to insert the CMC is exactly the T302 timer.

So, modify that timer to get more time.

I´m talking about the timer before the User makes the decision what CMC code does he need to insert there....

Carlo is correct, the only timer, from all the ones available, that affects CMC, is T302, there are no other timers.

haha... ok.. if we don´t have another timer for that... is default 3 seconds... but t302 timer is just for after the user makes the decision and dialed the number... :)
