In one of the sites I support, users are stating that when they make external calls, other party is not getting the call number on their phones. I am sure that the sites numbers don't have with held facility.
what kind of a connection do u have ?? Is this a PRI, if yes, please attach "debug isdn q931" for one such call. It could even be possible that we are sending the caller id, but the telco is not forwarding it. I've seen that happen with my customers
