Cluster failure

I have a single cluster set up over my IP WAN over 2 sites. 2xsubs in my site and a sub and pub in my DR. My 2 subs in my main site were switched off last week and I lost my phones (they were sitting there saying registering) although I thought that my site was designesd to fail over in this event. What could I check please?

First check your CM Group configuration referenced by the phone's Device Pool to make sure that the DR site CMs are listed.

Second, make sure that CM service is runnning at least on the DR site SUB.

Make sure there are no firwalls/ACLs blocking TCP port 2000.

What is the latency between the sites?
