Last night i upgraded to CM 5.1 from 5.0.4 and ever since then all internal calls have bad call quality. They almost sound too crisp which is causing it to crackle at times. Does anyone know how to change maybe the quality of the call or microphone level?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After Upgrading to CCM5.1, the default codec will change to g.722. Try disabling and fix it to G.711.
G722 is a wideband codec which takes no more bandwidth than G711 but has much better audio clarity and quality.
Either change all region to 722 or 711. this might happen due to codec mismatch
