CM 6.0 installation problem

Hello;

I'm trying to install CM 6.0 on a HP DL380-G4 Cisco compatible server. It passes the media check and starts disk and bios checks. But after that nothing happens. No error, no restart, no continue...

The last things i see are;

Machine passed harddisk checks

configuring 7835H-3400 machine

checking HP machine's BIOS version

RAID firmware version and configuration settings done

After these nothing happens. i waited for minutes and minutes but nothing changed.

Any idea?

As I remember, there is a problem with remote upgrade in version 6.0, so you need to burn a dvd. Put the dvd in the local dvd-drive in the CUCM then it shoukd work.

We encountered exactly the same problem and we were using the DVD. We waited for around 40 minutes and eventually it kicked into life and continued. I suggest a bit more patience will probably see you right.
