Hi,
we had a CME router restarted recently and after that Cisco 7811 Phone can't make any outgoing calls even to next desk. But, issue is only with 7811.
Phone registration is OK. They can receive calls.No issue.
Router:- cisco ISR4331/K9
IOS: - Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 16.08.01
CME Version:- Version 12.1/ Mode is cme

CME Router is running with SCCP/SIP both extensions.

Can you post your configuration and "debug ccsip messages" along with info on what you dialed and from which phone DN?

Hi, Thanks for the quick response.
please refer attached debug out
when trying to dial out from 7811, no SIP responses coming to CME. i thought could be some blocking. But, Same office we got Cisco 8831 conference Phone and its working fine. and also, tried cisco 7975 its working too.
those 7811 can receive calls...no issue. found that 7832 also got same issue.
Looks like 78XX with CME 12.1 issue.

Qucik Update....
when 7811 connect directly to HQ LAN, its started working.
Looks something wrong, when connect via DMVPN. (other Models 7975/8831 works fine)
