Have the lines been tested with a regular telephone ?
03-18-2009 11:13 PM
yes the lines have been tested on the regular telephone, there is one thing that i have noticed below is the description when i use the command
(show dial-peer voice)
(Time elapsed since last clearing of voice call statistics never
Connect Time = 0, Charged Units = 0,
Successful Calls = 0, Failed Calls = 16, Incomplete Calls = 0
Accepted Calls = 0, Refused Calls = 0,
Last Disconnect Cause is "22 ",
Last Disconnect Text is "no circuit (34)",
Last Setup Time = 16014477.)
I already have a running setup with the same hardware and configuration in our other location which is working stable, the out put of the (Show dial-peer voice) is as follows
(Time elapsed since last clearing of voice call statistics never
Connect Time = 1170159, Charged Units = 0,
Successful Calls = 128, Failed Calls = 0, Incomplete Calls = 0
Accepted Calls = 0, Refused Calls = 0,
Last Disconnect Cause is "10 ",
Last Disconnect Text is "normal call clearing (16)",
Last Setup Time = 82279145.
Last Disconnect Time = 82294945.)
The difference is the last disconnect cause and the last disconnect text.
Please reply thanks for your support

Need to see the debug vpm output. Might be a battery denial issue requiring some configuration under voice-port.

Hi, have the lines checked again, router detects power denial, might be a low line voltage, etc. Sometime, swapping tip and ring wires helps.

I have even done this but no luck
