CME 7.0.0.1 SIP load files

I try to configure IP phones 7911 and 7960 on CME ver. CME 7.0.0.1 as SIP IP Phones. I could find the SIP load files. Just SCCP load files. What files shall I use? Or I have to go to another version?

Why do you want phones as SIP ?

Do not configure cisco phones with SIP for CME. You will loose features and gain trouble if you do.
