Hello.
We have a CME 7.0(1) with an ephone-hunt configured in this way:
ephone-hunt 1 longest-idle
pilot 999
list 300, 308, 309, 313, 306, 303, 307, 310
final 399
timeout 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8
statistics collect
!
The problem is that one of the extensions (308) never rings.
The strange thing is that, if we issue the command "show ephone-hunt 1", we see:
Group 1
type: longest-idle
pilot number: 999, peer-tag 20105
list of numbers:
300, aux-number A999A0000, # peers 1, logout 0, down 0
on-hook time stamp 132961644, off-hook agents=0
peer-tag dn-tag rna login/logout up/down

What does "off-hook agents=-1" mean?
We have understood the meaning of "off-hook agents=0" and "off-hook agents=1", but with "-1"...?
Could be that the problem? How could we fix that?
Thanks for your help and regards.

Dear Vijay,
we have solved the problem.
It seems that, when we configure the ephone-hunt, the phones must be in idle state (no conversation must be in progress) and haven't to be in DND state.
Regards.
