Hi All,
I have a weird issue that the corporate directory and personal directory are missing in my Directories.
When I pressing the directories, it comes out a "requesting" message then go to the "host not found" error message.
I have tried no create cnf and create cnf multiple times but still not success. Restarted the whole router still not helping.
Below is my config :-

Is anybody know the solution?

Looks like you are missing the "service local-directory" command.
12-09-2014 08:17 AM
I have configured that but it doesn't appear inside the telephony-service

Appreciate if someone can look through what is going on. Thanks.

Hi,
Have you tried configuring directory entries by accessing the CME GUI?
12-10-2014 11:12 PM
ip http server
ip http authentication local
ip http secure-server
ip http path flash:GUI
I have configured this and currently NOT able to access. Any thought?

Are you not able to access the CME GUI or directories?
To access the CME GUI you must have the necessary files in your router flash.
The CME GUI will be accessed via :
https://<ip address of CME>/ccme.html

Thanks. But somehow I am not able to access. The flash directory having the gui files into there as well.
I have restarted the whole CME router but still no luck.

Can you please share your "show flash" output.
Make sure you are accessing the CME GUI with the below URL.
http:/192.168.56.1/ccme.html
If it does not work in one browser try opening it in a different browser.

Lets update you while I onsite. May I know what is another possibility again?
12-11-2014 01:08 AM
I want to make sure you have all the necessary files to access the GUI.
I have also run into the issue in which I was not able to access the directories. I configured the directories via CME GUI and got success.
Hope this works for you as well.

Hi
Can you please activate a debug ip http all, press directory button on your phone and post the output?
Thanks
