CME 8.1 full?

Hi all,

I have an unconfigured router ready to go with IOS 15.1(2)T1, which by my research should use CME 8.1. Upon looking on the Cisco Download Site, there is a file set for my specific IOS release (cme-151-2Tv1.zip), however this is not the full CME file set. The closest full set is back in CME version 8.0 (cme-full-8.0.0.1.tar)

I am just confirming the correct procedure in this case is to install the 8.0 full release first, and then install the 15.1(2)T1 feature set release immediately after?

You don't need to have all the files on router for CME to work. Only the one needed by your particular installation..

For this reason, even a "non full" set can work just fine.

You may then note, that most files are the same anyways across versions.
