I'm looking for a little assistance with configuration of 8831/41/51 phones on a new CME implementation I am working on. The phones are configured using the fast track method, and are requesting configuration files, but the CME seems unable to locate the requested files. I get no output from CCSIP debugs. Below I am including the relevant configurations and debugs for reference. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Robert,
Comparing your config to a SIP CME I have, it looks like under 'voice register global' you are referencing the wrong phone loads.
voice register global
mode cme
source-address 10.128.80.253 port 5060
max-dn 400
max-pool 110
load 8831 flash:sip8831.10-3-1SR3-5
load 8841 flash:sip88xx.10-2-1-16
load 8851 flash:sip88xx.10-2-1-16
authenticate register
timezone 32
tftp-path flash:
create profile sync 0216455134824625
The load defined should be the one you use as a reference. for example:
it should be
load 6921 flash:sip8831.10-3-1SR3-5
load 9971 flash:sip88xx.10-2-1-16
load 8945 flash:sip88xx.10-2-1-16
Give that a whirl and don't forget to do the 'no create profile & create profile' under voice register global' to create the phone loads.
HTH

Simon,
Thanks for your response. I tried your suggestion without success and then reverted to my original configuration.
It turns out the issue was with the ITL/CTL on the phones. I was able to get someone on-site to reset the phones to factory defaults and they registered as expected.
Thanks again,
Robert
