[CME 9.1] Call drops after certain amount of time (b-acd)

Hi all!

I have a strange issue, while deploying b-acd at my customer. Call drops after ~100 seconds when b-acd connects a new call to new availible hunt-groups. I have tested both SIP (6941, 3905, 8961) and SCCP(7937) phones. The call successfully starts, rtp flows ok, sound is good, but call suddenly drops after certain amount of time..

This issue only arises when b-acd script is engaged. Normal calls, transfers etc work normally.

Version of CME is 9.1

Version of IOS is 15.3(1)T (also tested in 15.2 - the same issue)

Version of b-acd is 3.0.0.2

All ip phones have the latest firware, also I have already downgraded some of them - the issue persists.

I am very suspicious about "Call Entry Is Not Found" and strange "Disconnect Cause=41".

The map of call is:

Internal extension "502" (ip phone 6941 in our case) dials pilot number "799" and then menu#2 is selected, falling to extesion "701" (ip phone 8961 in our case). The call successfully starts but suddenly it disconnects (after ~100 seconds).

Can you try 15.2(4)M2.

Thanks for the reply, i have been far away from customer, so yesterday I checked the b-acd work with

15.2(4)M2. The issue persists, moreover, call failed even it was not answered. Here are additional logs (debug voice ccapi inout, debug voice application tclcomand, etc).

It simply disconnects after 2-3 sec after "2" was pressed (menu#2, send call to hunt group).

After I deleted the strings

timer media-inactive 10

timer receive-rtp 1200

in 'gateway' section, all starts work exempt one bug, that I described in this topic:

Now it stops working. Again, with normal call clearing (cause code 16). Relevant debug are in attach.

I cannot even understand the systematic of this issue. It just drops after 10 seconds if nobody answeres or drops right after somebody pick up a phone.

Yesterday it worked perfectly.

After '198' dialed everything work fine exempt Hold Issue. Reboot - dial '198' (dial-peer 198) - all works.

Any ideas ?
