I am trying to use CME as SRST backup at a remote site. I have centralized CM and Unity. If the wan goes down and the phones fallover to CME is there a way like in SRST that the call to pick up a vm gets routed over the PSTN?

Hello,
If you do not have a CUE module in your CME router, there is a command under call-manager-fallback configuration mode, where you can specify the PSTN number that would ring directly to Unity.
Example:
config t
call-manager-fallback
voicemail 9XXXXXXXXXX
On the call manager side, you would just program like any other number that you would have pointed to Unity.
Hope that helped, if so please rate.

Unfortunately you cannot use call-manager-fallback command when CME is configured as SRST.

But I can use the voicemail command in CME and send the vm call over the pstn by putting the PSTN vm number.
