CME B-ACD CLI Problem & Disconnect Problem using FXO!

Hi All

I am from Riyadh Saudi Arabia. I am using:

1- Cisco 2801 CME Router

2- VIC2-2FXO Card

3- B-ACD

There are few problems that I am facing:

1- I am using B-ACD Script. The problem i am currently facing is that I have managed to get the CLI working on Cisco 2801 CME but when I use the B-ACD Script the CLI is not forwarded to the extensions. I can see the CLID if I debug the router but when the outside person dials an extension that the Incoming CLID is not forward to that extension. Is there any way to solve this issue? Any configuration?

2- As I am using the FXO cards on Cisco 2801, when someone calls and Hangup / Disconnect in the middle of the B-ACD script, the FXO Port is hanged and the call is not disconnected. Is there any way to resolve this issue or any configuration?

What about the CME B-ACD CLI problem?

Also, i tried this document before but it didn't work correctly may be because different countries have different configuration. That is why i posted it here.
