Hi!
Do anybody know what is missing when a call that start at PSTN calls into a CME and an EPHONE that is "Call forward all" to
a UCCX trigger(script 1) that script do also do a "Call redirect" to another Trigger(script 2) when the call come into Script 2 the calls terminates in the script.
It works ok if the call stay in script 1 and the agents can handle the calls but terminates when the call is "Call redirected" to script 2!

Can you call script2 from CME phones ?
Do you have "allow connections sip to sip" ?

Hi Paolo!
Yes i have the Allow SIP to SIP but looking in my CME i can see a Dialpeer voip
that is addressing my CUCM with a destination´pattern 80019999.....(where the trigger number to script 1 is 800199992200)
and the script 2 have the trigger number 800000000351 which does not have any Dialpeer pointing to CUCM!
Could this be the reason that the 800199992200 trigger can't call redirect to 800000000351 from the CME?

No, all these numbers are covered by one DP.
Not sure what the problem is then. If SIP you can try taking debug ccsip message, otherwise some debug cch225.
