CME CFA Destination Override available?

Hi,

is where any chance to get this function enabled on a CME 8.0? I didn't find anything only for the CUCM Version 6 and above.

If not, is where an work around to get this "boss - secretary" functionality?

Thanks

@Lex

Make an example of how would you like it to work ?

The Boss (ext.101) enables forward all to his secretary (ext. 120). A call comes in to ext.101 and will be forwarded to ext.120. the secretary(101) get the call and will forward the call to the boss(120). This won't work on Callmanager Express.

As far as I know since callmanger 6 you can set CFA Destination override to get this working. But there is know option to set this in Callmanager Express, right?

What we need is an option like: Forward all to ext. 101, but 101 can call 120.

You likely mean, she will transfer, not forward.

There are (at least) two ways to have this in CME.

First, call forwarding block for local calls.

Second, selective call forwarding, next example in document above.
