Delete the voice register config and amend as below for voice register global.
voice register global
mode cme
source-address internalIPAddr port 5060
max-dn 96
max-pool 24
tftp-path flash:
authenticate register
auto-register
password XXX
auto-assign 1001 to 1010
Do the same config for voice register dn and pool. Rest of the config seems to be fine.
After doing the config for voice register global, pool and dn, go back to voice register global and run the command for create profile.
Hope this helps.
