CME NOT WORKING "" New INSTALL""

HI Support

 

Please find the below config of the cme phone the phones are not registering

Hello 

 

I am using Cisco 2811 (revision 1.0) with 247808K/14336K bytes of memory for this installation 

 

and while doing telephony-service setup getting the below eror 

Warning: <telephony-service setup> command has been deprecated.
For installation help, please check CME System Administrator Guide.

But manual config is working

it looks like u need

create cnf-file

added create cnf-file it worked 

 

 

Please can you help me in registering a 9971 phone to the cme ?

Hi,

I would want to check the DHCP Config esp if it is indeed getting the option 150 along with the correct IP Addresse

Also, verify the switch config, usually in new setups that are the issue

At which message the phone is stuck? You can see this from the phone screen.

Also, share your router and switch config to make sure that all configs are correct.
