My client's implementing a CME solution and needs to integrate their legacy paging using an FXS port. They have a TOA A-912MK2 paging amplifier. Documentation says telephone paging would connect to a TOA B-41S balanced line input module on the 900 series amp. Is a TAMB module required and would it work for this integration? Anyone integrate Cisco voice with a TOA 900 series before?
Here are the specs for the B-41S module -
B-41S
Balanced Line with Input with Mute-Send
For balanced or unbalanced, line level equipment such as AM/FM tuners, tape decks and CD players. Transformer isolation minimizes ground loop problems when connecting remote equipment. Signal at input terminals activates mute bus.
Thanks

Hi there,
You are most correct
If you look on Page 15 of the doc you attached, the TOA-900
is looking for a Paging output from the telephone system and not
a FXS/FXO/E&M connection. So you will "mid-point" integration piece like the TAMB-2 (see link)
or older TAMB between the FXS/FXO and TOA-900. The TAMB will answer the call
and then bridge across the audio to the paging system.
