CME. phone 7821. Personal Directory Issue

Hello, team.

I'm a beginner with VoIP Services. I have an issue with 7821 Phone, registered to CME (ISE4321 IOS version 15.5(3)S2). The phone is successfully registred to CME. But when I press Directory button on the phone, I can see following option:

1 Local Directory

2 Local Speed Dial

3 Personal Speed Dial

Local Directory represents all directory-numbers, which configured on the router (CME). But users would like to be able to add their own numbers (for example, some external tel.numbers). But there is no option "Personal Directory".

Is it possible to enable Personal Directory in my case?

Boris, unfortunately it is not possible to add Personal Directory option on 7821 phones registered on CME. The only option available to add the external numbers/contacts is using Personal Speed Dial and that's it.
