I am having puzzling issue with my 2691 and callmanager express. I have three other routers in my home lab running cme and this one is the only one that I have encountered this problem with. It is running cme 4.1 and all the phones connecting to it are running skinny. As soon as one of the phones is picked up either by the speaker button or handset it immediately comes up busy instead of a dial tone. I have formatted the router, started a new config, and loaded new firmware on the phones and still the same issue. If anyone can offer a suggestions it will be greatly appreciated. I have attached my config below.
