CME TO AVAYA IP OFFICE h323

HI,

  I recently configred h323 link between ip office and cme , I can call ip  office extension without any problem . But someone call from ip office to cme telephone extension  , cannot hear dial ring tone , bit call rings in cme phone . If I answer the call in cme I can hear their sound but the caller from ip office cannot hear me can any body tell what will be the cause

I have seen this in avaya and the solution used was to change the avaya box to be in the media path instead of bypassing it (default mode).

               I did so and it is working fine now, but there is another problem is that if I call to sccp phones I cannot here the call ringing  , but sccp phone's belll rings and when answered , there is voice both way. If I call to sip phones of cme I can here ringing sound

On the cme, can you share sh voip rtp conn during ringing sccp and sip phones.
