cme to cme voice mail

Having trouble accessing voicemail from remote cme

All calls from cmeA to cmeB to phones works perfectly

If person on cmeb does not answer attempt is made to go to vm

dead air

I can ping the cue on cmeb from cmea

all used codec g711ulaw

How are the two cme talking to eachother ?? Is it a sip trunk ?? Or they are connected back to back over vpn or mpls ??

can you post a "show run" from both cme ? And cue is only on cme b ??
