CMM RJ48c To DB15 T1 connector Cable Pin-out Needed

Would anybody know if cisco has a link to a cable pin-out for the following?

We have cisco WS-SVC-CMM Cat6k Voice Linecard that has RJ48c and at the other end is a male DB15 connector. Our PRI isn't working at the moment and we are suspecting it's the cable.  We want to change the cable but I need to make sure of the pin-out before.
