I have a CUCM 7.1.3 cluster with a CUBE (running 15.1.2.T4) connected with a SIP Trunk. I am surprised to see that the CMR (with the number of packets received, packets send, packets lost, jitter, etc) on CUCM (using an export of the CDR & CMR in CAR) are empty for the every call send through the CUBE. I have the CMR information only from the side of the phones... Does anyone know how to enable them? Is it something to enable on the CUBE?
I am not intersted to make the cube generate its own CDR and CMR, I would prefer to have one source (CUCM) with all the CDR/CMR.
