Per the CMS2K installation guide Page 11 the following statement is made:
“Seven media blades (numbered 2 through used for media processing. If any of these blades are offline or removed, the Cisco Meeting Server 2000 will continue to run, but at a reduced capacity. The blade server in slot 1 is critical as the MMP and Application of the Cisco Meeting Server will not function if that blade is offline or faulty.”
Am I reading this correctly. Everything is redundant except the MMP blade 1 so if this single blade fails the entire CMS2K appliance no longer functions?
