Hello Everyone,
I am working on monitoring and coaching application, and what I found is when you start coaching in case agent phone is either IP Communicator or Cisco Jabber then it become a 3 party conference.
And customer can also listen all conversation between agent and supervisor.
Is there anyone who also faced this issue or may be found the solution?
Please let me know if there is any solution available.

If you're using a 3rd party app, you might want to reach them to ask the expected behavior, and if it's not what you're seeing, if there is anything you can adjust in CUCM.

I am using JTAPI for starting Silent Monitoring and Coaching. On other hard phones coaching and monitoring is working perfectly.
Only problem is with IPC and Cisco Jabber client, on supervisor phone everything is same that "Coaching XXXX" but the customer is able to listen the conversation.
I find it's a bug from Cisco side. You can check on Cisco's Website.
