COBRA - Error while export from Unity version 5.0

I am runninung COBRA tool for export data from Unity 5.0.

Using COBRA version 7 built 121

During export getting below error.

I am logged in as UnityMsgStoreSvc account, but still getting below error message.

Could not attach to DOH message extraction - be sure you are logged in as the account associated with the AvCsMgr service

(error) attaching to DOH message store -2147217405 (Method '~' of object '~' failed) in procedure InitMessageExport of Module ModMessages

This problem resolved by simply restarting Unity Server.....!

Dont know whether it is Microsoft issue or Unity application.

Simply restarted unity server and the Cobra started backup normally.
