Hi,
I have migrated from cisco unity 5 to cisco unity connection 8.6 and after hearing messages in unity connection migrated from unity the caller ID (number or name ) are not in the message, for the new message it works fine I can here the message and the number of the caller.
Any idea.

Can you verify in user settings whether we are configured to hear the caller's name or not
user > edit > playback message settings
check under
Before Playing Each Message, Play
is this checked
Sender's Information
and include extension

No it's not the issue it's just issuing when for the imported user, for the new message it's ok.
