codec complexity

What's the default codec complexity on 2851 router? Flex, medium or high? do I need to change the codec to high in order to support G729 over the IP?

flex. You don't need to configure anything to use codecs as you like.

But if you read this link, it shows the command to change codec complexity in order to support different codec type.

The document is about the network module with codecs on board. You don't need that on the 2851. Newer routers like the 28xx and 38xx with onboard codecs (pvdm2) doesn't neeed these commands.
