Collecting SDI(not SDL) traces from CUCM

Hi Gents,

First of all, I have CUCM 10.5.

I followed all the steps necessary to configure the Trace , in the Cisco Unified Serviceability .

The final configuration is in the attachment.

My problem is, that whenever I go to RTMT - > Collect Files - > Cisco Call Manager Service(for the node I need) - > Date/Time and press the Finish button, I get just 2 folders : calllogs and SDL.

Checking the files with Notepad++ ,from both folders, they do not seem to be the usual CCM SDI traces .

Shouldn't be also another folder with SDI traces ?

Have I configured something wrong, so that I do not get these type of traces ?

Many thanks !

L.E.

Even on the CUCM CLi ,looks like there is not SDI data :

admin:file list activelog /cm/trace/ccm/sdi/
dir count = 0, file count = 0

Hi

Starting CUCM 9.X , traces are interleaved, which means SDI traces are now recorded along with SDL traces in the SDL files.

You can find more details below :
