Not necessarily a UCM issue but does anyone have any suggestions on combating spoofed DIDs. We suspect some robo-calling systems are using some within our range.
Nearly impossible to stop. Some carriers will allow customers to send out any caller ID they wish. I think of it the same as trying to stop someone from sending an envelope with your return address. Just not possible.
