Communication Loss of Third-Party Device (Yealink W70B) with CUCM

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with a third-party device (Yealink W70B) registered to our CUCM (version 14.0.1).

The device intermittently loses its registration with the CUCM .

The temporary solution we have found is to either switch the device to a different CUCM or change the security profile in cucm to TCP. This change is applied both in CUCM and in the Yealink device

any idea?

You'll need to review SIP logs from the endpoint and CUCM. Did the Yealink renew its registration prior to the timer expiring? Did CUCM receive that UDP packet? Did the phone receive the ACK?
