Communication problem in branch offices through cisco IP phone of model 7921

Hi Expert,

We are facing problem of hearing calls from some branch offices IP phones (model 7921). After established a call this problem is happening. We could not hearing the branch office as well as they could not hear us.

What are the reasons and suggest us the solution.

Sounds like a potential routing problem,

can you describe the call flow for this failed call? is this an internal call between branches? can you ping from one phone to the other, as this is where the RTP stream will need to be set up between.

Thanks for your reply. Yes this is an internal call between branches. ping is success from cucm to branch offices IP phone. But did not see before how ping from one IP phone to another. would you please instruct me? as well as please instruct how rtp stream need to be set up...
