Looking for any ideas on how/if anyone has handled more complex time of day routing schedules with CME and/or CUE? Example would be scenario where open / closed hours vary and/or alternate like "open from 7AM-7PM every other Monday, otherwise Monday is 7AM-3PM" or something similar. UCCX would likely be an option but might be overkill for a single requirement of this type. Anyone done this with a script (TCL) or otherwise?
Thanks,
Hailey

CUE doesn't seem to be an option, because has it has a single schedule at daily level.
You can contact me privately if you want to evaluate a custom TCL/ICR script.

CME and CUE, at least natively, both look to be limited to standard daily type schedules (Day 1, Day 2, etc) with the standard Holiday style treatment. I've seen the basic TCL script example that provides ToD based on router time but isn't necessarily looking for date/time. Have you done something similar with previous scripts or feel like it could be put together fairly reasonably based on your experience? At the moment, I'm just weighing options to get a feel for options.
Thanks,
Hailey
