Composing code during call

Hi All,

I use CME for telephony. When i make a call to a number phone, the automatic response asks me to dial a code to etablish this call. but when i dial the code i have no effect the automtic response asks me again to dial the code.

what should i do to resolve this problem?

Does it work if you dial that IVR using your mobile or some other phone that is not registered to CME?

What is the exact call flow involved, CME and phone firmware versions?

This appears to be a DTMF related issue, you will need to check what dtmf type is configured on the outgoing dial-peer on your CME.

Hi MM,

Can you add dtmf-relay rtp-nte under voice register pool 54 and do a create profile under Voice register global and test again.
