Conference call not showing the correct details on the phone of the conference initiator

we have this situation the conference originator is not able to see the conf user list & also the phone is displaying the first number dialled not as"conference" .But the participants can see both this details on their display.Using CUCM ver 10.5.Ciscophone 7821.

Do all the parties using same phone model?

Are they in the same cluster, location?

What do we see when we press "ConfList" on the originator phone?

this happened because of the global parameter -“Always display original dialed number” is set to “True”.

So is your problem fixed ?

change the phone firmware or phone locale 

we have the same issue. also if we change the service paramter "“Always display original dialed number” from “True” to "False", this issue can be solved. However this conflict with the business requirement to display the original dialled number.

 

We tried to change the different version of firmware, the issue is still there.

 

Anyone has the solution yet other than change the above service parameter?
