We try to set up a conference call with a polycomm phone (analog), We are using VG224. Here is what happens....user dials one person and then calls another person to conference in, those two people can hear each other but the originator can not join in. Has anyone had thos problem? What could it be. I have compaired the Call Manager configs to a place where this works and all is good. Ideas?

Sorry forgot to post what I had found on this. It is a limitaion of the analog polycomms. You can do this with the IP polycom's but no the analog.
Hope this helps and sorry for the late reply.

I had exactly the same problem with Polycoms and CME. I solved the problem
by making the dial-peer attached to the polycom SCCP controlled (service stcapp) so it can utilise the conferencing resources set up on the CME.
I am not sure how you go about this with a VG224, but it should be possible as I have sol;ved the problem with CME.
Cheers,
Phil
