Issue the command "show sccp" you should see the Conferencing Oper State: ACTIVE
It should also show the active call manager that the conference profile is registered with and the TCP link status should show CONNECTED along with all the supported codecs you have configured.
On the call manager side did you configure the conference bridge as Cisco IOS Conference Bridge or Enhanced Cisco IOS Conference Bridge when creating this? If you used the hardware option I dont think this will work in this scenario.
And your transcoder is in shutdown.

On another quick note, everyone here is trustworthy I know - but you should really take out your passwords, usernames and ip addresses when posting configs. Password 7 is very easy to crack.

hi tracy, you righ about the passwords, sorry my mistake.
about configuration:
i attach sh sccp, everythink looks good.
in the cucm i registered cfb like Enhanced Cisco IOS Conference Bridge.
and, its necesary that transcoder is UP ?
i shutdown only for test cfb, but when the transcoder is UP nothing change.
i registered the transcoder in CUCM like Enhanced Cisco IOS Conference Bridge
