Can you give an example of a "external third-party control system processor" as called for in the Touch 10 brochure?  I have no experience with conference room controllers and would like to find a simple one that is compatible with a SX-20 installation.

There are any number of control system manufacturers, including, in no particular order, Extron, Control4, AMX, and Crestron.
