Hello!
We have a CUCM 7.1 integrated with Asterisk and we use this to record calls.
In order to record a call we can conference the extension configured on Asterisk for that purpose. The matter is the users don't want to keep doing the usual process to start the conference(Conference button and dial the asterisk recorder number), they don´t want to put the user on hold after start recording.
So I was thinking how can I do to make this even simple, I was wondering if anyone know how I can configure when I am on call I can start a conference by pressing one button or something simple than pressing conf button and then dial the ext number.
Any help would be valuable.
