Hi,
I have an sip only environment. 2901-CME with 3905 sip phones. No sccp phones.
Are confb, xcode and mtp possible ?
How can I configure trancoding, mtp and conf ?.
Which is the equivalence to telephony-service->sdspfarm transcode .......
How setup ad-hoc and meetme conference?
Thanks.

You are correct, you need telephony-service in order to register the SCCP media resources.

Sure, remember CME is a protocol translator so you can have SIP phones and SCCP feature, i.e. conference bridges, check out CME admin guide for configuration examples:

Thanks for your answer,
if the cme solution is 100% sip (phones and trunks), in order to setup xcode, conf, etc, telephony-service section is requiered. Its fine or wrong this conclusion?.
Thansk.
