Conferencing through Call Manager 7.1

Hi all,

I am looking for some guidance on conferencing for Call Manager 7.1

The firm I work for has a user base of 500 users.I would like to setup a system whereby each person has their own personal conference number.For instance a prefix of 1800 plus 2 digit number plus 4 digit ext number ,they can then give this number out to people outside the form when they wish to organise conference calls.

I have looked at Cisco Meet me,i assigned 5 numbers but people never seem to remember the number i have them.A permanent number solution that was printed on a business card would be better.

Hi Darren,

What about this, configure MeetMe numbers in a series, say 6001 - 6005, adn give the numbers 1800xxx6001 to 1800xxx6005 in the Business card.

In the call manager you could do a translation pattern and change it to your Meetme number. This is possible for any number of MeetMe numbers but would mean that you would need to purchase as many numbers from the Telco.

More details about what you exactly want will help in a better answer.
