Config different e&m signalling on the same E1 circuit

Hi,

Is it possible to config different e&m signalling (as below) from the same E1 controller?

controller E1 0/1/0
framing NO-CRC4
clock source internal
ds0-group 0 timeslots 1 type e&m-melcas-immed
ds0-group 1 timeslots 2 type e&m-immediate-start

Hi Tom,

Though its not common as most of the time I have seen same signaling

for all the channels/DS0s on the T1 or E1 span, it is very much possible

to do what u mentioned. Just make sure to match it up on the other side

for each DS0.

For each ds0-group that is created (for one or more timeslots/DS0) you would

see a different voice-port so you'd need to be careful in planning/configuring

your inbound and outbound dialpeers for call routing in/out the E1 circuit.
