Fayiz,
As Ronak has provided you the link, you need to configure Controller, then configure your Serial interface - assign it ip address/encapsulation depending on what you are trying to achieve.
For example: you can use to connect point to point link between two routers or use it as a backup solution or may be even connect to frame relay cloud (which is pretty much obsolete) etc. along with more options.
The exact commands will be according to your design what exactly are you trying to achieve, connecting two offices or configuring backup link, etc - its not very complicated. You can refer to the document provided or ask here again if you come across any issue.
